The ring is absolutely stunning and I had an incredible experience working with Carrie getting the ring designed and produced! The diamond is a family jewel from my fiancée’s family that was reset into a custom setting. Fortunately, my fiancée had a specific design in mind for her engagement ring, which my future MIL shared with me in great detail. I shared the design details with Carrie and she brought it to life exactly as envisioned. Throughout the entire process, she was very responsive, transparent, and helpful. She took time to explain the design and production process, provide realistic quotes, and answer all of my questions.

From there, the design process was excellent. The initial sketch and CAD drawings were exactly what was requested on the first round. Carrie did a superb job taking the details provided and translating them into a design that perfectly matched what my fiancée wished for. After approving the design, I was able to coordinate dropping off the original ring with the family diamond in person and further discuss the production process and timeline. This gave me a lot of confidence in getting the ring produced and saved a lot of anxiety I had about shipping it. The original production estimate was 4-6 weeks, so I was thrilled when Carrie reached out to let me know the ring was ready for pickup just 12 days after dropping off the original ring. The quick turnaround time allowed me to move up my proposal plans considerably to a romantic trip to Maui.

My fiancée was completely blown away when she saw the ring (SHE SAID YES!!!). The ring is exactly what she wanted and she couldn’t be happier! The quality of the ring is outstanding, especially considering how reasonable the price was. I would highly recommend Carrie to anyone looking for a custom engagement ring or other custom jewelry.
