Return & Exchange Policy
Most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or custom-made just for you. Because of this, custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
For rings, we offer one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery, when feasible for the design. Additional resizes or major alterations may incur a fee.
For ready-to-ship items and loose lab diamonds, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the piece is unworn and in its original packaging. Items purchased via sale prices are not returnable.
To start a return, please contact us at info@sorianocustom.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, we will refund the purchase price less a 5% restocking fee to cover the original shipping fee and the cost of the return shipping label we provide. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, but please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
